Shipping & Delivery

  • Shipping costs are calculated automatically at the checkout page when both the delivery address is supplied.
  • Our carriers deliver during normal business working hours and may require a signature on receipt, we suggest your order is delivered to either a work address or a home address depending on if someone will be available to collect it for you.
  • Our delivery times are 2- 3 Business days at any ‘Major Centers’
  • And within 3 – 4 Business days for outlying areas.
  • Any area outside of these Major Centers will be regarded as an Outlying area Durban, Johannesburg, Pretoria, Capetown, East London, Port Elizabeth, George and Bloemfontein.
  • Due to using a courier partner, and not delivering ourselves, we cannot maintain or guarantee that any order will be delivered within the stipulated time frame.
  • Kindly note that once your order has been confirmed we will not be able to change the delivery address.
  • In the event of any problems you may encounter regarding delivery address, please contact us on: shop@whatkind.co.za
  • A confirmation email will be sent including your Invoice as soon as order has been received and processed.
  • In the event of an error upon delivery, caused by the courier partner, we will not be held responsible for any costs or damages, they will be held responsible and we will contact them on your behalf to resolve issues.

Deliveries will be dispatched from Mon – Fri until 3pm.
Orders placed on Friday after 3pm, will be dispatched on a Monday.
No Deliveries on Saturdays, Sundays and Public Holidays.
All orders couriered to door or collected from our address (The Pozie, 181 Trematon Drive, Morningside, 4001).
